Description
Three or four years ago, my family was on a roadtrip and we passed through the small town of Petersburg, Iowa in Delaware County. There was this really big and fancy looking old church there, and I took some photos of it, and used one of the photos to make this drawing.
It was first drawn with graphite pencil, then black ballpoint pens. It is 22 x 30 inches, and took about 26.5 hours, maybe 27.
EDIT (January 19th, 2013): I have replaced the previous version of the image with a scanned, high-resolution, color and light corrected version. Prints should be available soon, as well.

pritty sweet looking as I have said on many occasions. Details on the bricks is awesome.
although, you should crop it in photoshop
some things look a little wonkie, like the left tower curves at the top, and the center one's cross seams off-center, in fact the whole thing moves to the right slightly in spots and in general it has a sort of fish eye look which is likely due to the camera lens.
just thought I'd point out such things, it's really great.
